Write to us about a hotel whose building deserves to be opened up; about an entry where we have described the layout wrongly; about a plain factual mistake, however small; or, if you work at one of these hotels, to tell us how the building actually works. Corrections from the hotel itself are welcome and are read first.

We do not book anything, and we cannot pass a request on to a hotel. Anything about a reservation, a rate or a room has to go to the hotel directly.

One person reads the messages, so an answer usually takes a few working days.
